What is Dada Motel?
Dada Motel is a group of Reno based artists
who get together every year during the last weekend
of June. We take over the El Cortez Hotel down town
and each artist or group creates their own weekend long
art installation. The tricky part, which is the Great Part
of it is that NO ONE is in charge. It is anarchy, as in no
government. It makes meetings challenging but it
suits us just fine. All regional artists are invited.
