The Catherine Bouwer Gallery is closing because the City of Reno and my Neighbors are just not digging it. Their displeasure is coinciding with a shift in my bicameral mind from promoting and selling your art to a desire to create and promote my own art. Everything works out as it should.
There will be two last private parties. One on July 11th. Artists, please come pick up your art on Friday July 11th between 4 - 7pm and help me drink up this incredibly strong Silver Peak beer.
The show, The Mad, Bad and Beautiful: a visual representation of Reno artists will still be held, date time and place to be announced, probably in the Fall.
From now on CB Gallery will be strictly a private establishment promoting myself and a few chosen artists.
